    Most studios show you flat 2D drawings or a few hand-picked rendering angles. The first time you actually experience your space at scale is when it’s already built, and by then, moving a wall or changing a layout costs thousands and weeks.

    The truth is, renovations don’t fail at the build stage. They fail at the imagination stage. We fix that.

  • From scan to design, our 4-stage process

    1. Concept

    We sit down to understand how you live, what you need, and what’s non-negotiable. Budget is on the table from day one.

    2. Layout

    We design directly on top of your 3D scan, so every dimension is real. No “this might fit”, we know if it fits.

    3. Visualisation

    A photo-realistic 3D walkthrough of your finished home with actual materials, lighting, and finishes. Explore it in your browser, or your phone, or in VR with a headset we provide.

    4. Sign-off

    Every detail, every tile, tap, switch position, is approved in writing before construction begins. Change orders during the build drop to near zero.

    How many revisions can I make?

    Most clients reach their final design in 3 to 5 rounds. We keep refining until you’re ready to sign off, revisions are part of the design fee, not charged as extras.

    I don’t know what I want, can you help?

    That’s most clients. We walk you through references, moodboards, and options to help you discover your style.

    Can I see materials in person?

    Yes. We mail physical samples to your home before sign-off, and you’re welcome to visit our showroom or a supplier showroom with us for in-person comparisons.

    Can family overseas review the design?

    Yes. The 3D walkthrough opens in any browser, so anyone, anywhere, can explore the design and share feedback.
